We either scour the internet and stock libraries for the best shots to communicate the clients’ messaging or we arrange and undertake shoots ourselves. We’ll do whatever it takes to ensure that any collateral looks as professional as possible and conveys the brand as effectively as it can.
Many of our clients are multinational, and often need their collateral adapted to appeal to their non-English speaking client base. You will have seen how effective some of the automatic translation services are – you can just about make out what they’re trying to say if you read it three times, by which point most of the clients will have gone to a competitor website or will simply have lost interest. There’s nothing quite like having a local re-write your copy in the right way to best communicate your messaging.
Koffee Co approached us to help craft the shop's identity right at the beginning of their venture. One of the first things we worked on, alongside the logo, signage and direct marketing materials, was their website. We were responsible for all the site's photography and copywriting which showcased the lovely West London coffee shop in the best possible light by creating a unique tone of voice and appearance for the brand.
