It’s all well and good having a great brand, search strategy, cutting edge videos, a strong email campaign and an engaging social presence, but if the way in which you communicate across all of these mediums is clumsy, inarticulate and rambling, then they won’t do you much good. Clear, concise and engaging copy is essential in any good marketing campaign, as is the use of strong and appropriate imagery and infographics.

Inappropriate, badly shot or cheap/outdated imagery can make or break any communication, whether it’s print or digital. At Higher Ground Creative we look to work with our clients’ budget and timescale as effectively as we can, either scouring the internet and stock libraries for the best shots to help to communicate their messaging, or even arranging and undertaking shoots ourselves – whatever it takes to make sure that their collateral looks as professional as possible and communicates as effectively as it can.
Many of our clients are multi-national, and often need their collateral adapted to appeal to their non-English speaking client base. You will have seen how effective some of the automatic translation services are – you can just about make out what they’re trying to say if you read it three times, by which point most of the clients will have gone to a competitor website or will simply have lost interest. There’s nothing quite like having a local re-write your copy in the right way to best communicate your messaging.
We were approached at the very beginning by Koffeeco to help craft the shop’s identity. Having created the logo, signage and direct marketing materials, we also immediately became involved with the website. We did all website photography and copywriting, to showcase the lovely East London coffee shop in the best possible light by crafting the brand’s tone of voice and appearance.
