Paragon approached us to update their brand, but also to help with their digital and print materials. Starting with their new website, we created a high end corporate look and feel, to appeal to executive level staff. We also created a refreshed look for their proposal documents to assist their sales process and create uniformity across digital and print media.

OFFSET TONER SOLUTIONS - SUSTAINABILITY THROUGH RE-USE

This was a really satisfying brand to work on.

 

The brief was simple. Offset buy and sell toner for big businesses. The industry didn't have the best reputation for professionalism until Offset turned up. So we had the challenge to not only show Offset in the right way, but this brand also needed to 'buck the trend' in the market, and make it clear to the customer base, that not all operators in this market are 'white van men', with cash in hand ethics!

 

We created the logo, motion graphics (explaining their, at times, rather complex business model), a sales focused website (linked up to their sales, CRM and email systems (which we also worked on)), stationery, signage, direct email marketing, exhibition collateral and more.

 

It went really well - and we are looking to do much more with this brand and 'coming soon' related sub brands with the same visionary MD.

So how does all this work then? 

1. WE LISTEN

 

We start by sending you a questionnaire about pretty much everything. You make a coffee, sit down and work through it for an hour or so before you come in and see us (if you have the time). We then have a workshop (2-4 hours) where we go through it all in more detail and use some of our in-house
processes to sieve through the info to get the branding gold dust we're after.

 

We get our heads around your business dreams and aspirations, create user profiles (to get a better idea of who we'll be looking to inspire with this brand), look at your core values and USPs and look in detail at your competitors,

so we know what we're up against - see what's good, what's bad and where
the opportunities to stand out are.

 

2. WE PLAN

We then create a 'Brand Plan' document, where we set out our plans, approach and strategy and work through this with you. We may involve focus groups at this stage
too if required.

 

3. WE CREATE

Whether this is creating a name, a strap line, a logo, a creative campaign -
the magic really starts here. Involving you every step of the way, we start to lay
our ideas and solutions down on paper - pointing out as we go WHY we're doing
what we're doing, and how we feel it will make a difference to your bottom line
post go live. Once again, feedback/focus groups/discussion will take place
throughout to make sure we're all on the same page and we don't stray from
the path.

 

4. WE IMPLEMENT

Once the creative is signed off, it comes to life! In the logo, the website,
the video, the exhibition, the PR, the ad campaign, the email marketing
campaign and so much more.

5. WE EVALUATE AND IMPROVE

That's not the end of it. We'll stay by your side going forwards, to ensure everything is performing as it should. We're as focused on the commercial results of this as you are. This includes digital analytics, discussion with your sales teams and feedback from your customers. We'll listen, 'tinker', 'tweak', and make sure that everything is performing as well in the real world as we'd hoped in the very first listening and planning workshops.
