BRIEF

The Garden Trellis Company approached Higher Ground after we had completed the design and build of their website – as they were looking for a system to be built to help them improve workflow processes in the quoting, production and delivery of their products.

SOLUTION

We met with the client at their production studios, and they took us through their current processes so that we could ascertain the best approach to the solution for them. We worked through comprehensive planning and produced a detailed sitemap and wireframes in order to present the best solution possible.

RESULT

The system was implemented at the end of the year, and the entire company was up and running and using this as their core production system within 1 week. This has continued within the company ever since and they have improved workflow through their production studio.
