BRIEF

We were asked by Deutsche Bank to help them put together an internal sales incentive that would allow regional sales teams to compete against one another. The idea was that all of their sales data would be entered into a database, and the team with the most leads or wins would be ranked as the most successful.

SOLUTION

We put together a design for the piece that showed a simple graphical representation of the success of the individual teams. By implementing a sliding scale for each sales team, individuals were able to gauge their success against others and this allowed for a friendly rivalry to develop across the different regions!

RESULT

Due to the complex levels of data being stored in the databases, the FX4Cash application has become a key storage area for the sales data in the bank. Not only was this project a fun way to pitch the regional sales teams against one another, but it has also become a very useful tool for the administration staff to store client data.
