BRIEF

Deutsche Bank approached Higher Ground to put a development together that would help their sales teams achieve success by allowing them to compete against one another. The teams are broken down by region, and they wanted the application to show who was ‘leading’ in terms of sales, to give the rest of the teams something to aim for.

SOLUTION

We created the world map design that pinpointed each of the teams and their regions, so that the users could see who their nearest rivals were, both on revenue and geographically. We also implemented a forum into the site to allow for friendly rivalries between sales teams.

RESULT

The application was a great success, and Deutsche Bank came back to us the following year to reproduce and develop the system for the next competition. We have also been asked to create a similar system for another set of sales teams at Deutsche Bank.
