Greg Newman CEO - (BA (Hons), MSc (Dist))

Greg is a member of the Institute of Directors and has been involved in the fields of marketing, design and sales for over 10 years now. He has been running Higher Ground Productions for over 5 years.

Having worked in industry, in both marketing and sales as well as multimedia, Greg has a sound understanding of business as a whole. His Masters in Interactive Multimedia gives him a strong technical understanding of digital development and a design background.

When not in the office in London, Greg takes a keen interest in music and outdoor exercise.

Rob Parsons - Project Manager

Rob is has been a Project Manager at Higher Ground for over 2 years now and deals with both key accounts and new business. He is also an instrumental member of the operations team and works alongside Greg in the day to day running of the business.

Rob's background is as an experienced web designer and flash developer having worked directly on websites (Flash and HTML), as well as HTML emails, online database driven applications, streaming video, banners, animations, CD-ROMs, games etc.

When time allows, you'll often find Rob running around Putney keeping himself in shape...

Maggie Majstrova - Account Executive

Maggie is degree educated at Goldsmith's College (University of London) and has gone on to undertake a Masters in Digital Media at London Metropolitan University. She has been working as an executive for a number of Private Companies and Public bodies, and brings with her a wealth of experience of running internal teams within an agency and dealing with a range of clients - as well as having worked in marketing (events in particular) and sales.

When not at work Maggie enjoys nothing more than going out, visiting art exhibitions, reading and swotting up on Flash and Dreamweaver!

James Shipley - Lead Designer

James has nearly 6 years commercial design / print experience, working with a wide range of big blue chips from the likes of 'Kärcher' and 'Formula Renualt' through to smaller creatives. After moving to south west London last year, he joined Higher Ground to bring his wealth of experience and creativity to this growing agency.

When he isn't producing design, music production provides another creative outlet!

Edd Grant - Web Designer

Having completed a Degree in Multimedia at Bournemouth University, Edd has worked for a wide range of clients from high profile bars and nightclubs to City Traders.

Considered as a good all-rounder, Edd is competent at producing slick Flash websites, banners and applications, as well as building W3C compliant websites and HTML emails.

Tom Cleave - Graphic Designer & Illustrator

Tom is a diverse Designer and Illustrator, who has worked on both multinational company projects and small brands alike.

Following his design degree, Tom worked in his native Australia for 3 years on all manner of project including branding, print, digital, 3D, POS, flash animation and illustration work. Following this, he decided to head over to Covent Garden in London to work with us here at Higher Ground and enjoy the weather in the Northern Hemisphere.

When not creating at work, Tom likes to spend his time playing guitar hero on his Play Station!

Elizabeth Marquis - P.A & Office Administrator
