Google’s Analytics is a service specifically aimed at marketeers, tracking detailed statistics about visitors to any website of your choosing (whcih you have access to). Google Analytics is also integrated with Google’s pay-per-click software (AdWords) meaning that the same dashboard that displays information about the visitors to your site also tracks information on the keywords that brought them there as well as the conversion rates the website is achieving.
