BRIEF

WPC (the William Pitt Club) were looking for an HTML email application to help them to advertise their events and also spread the word of the company launch. They wanted to send out targeted HTML emails to all the appropriate users in their growing user database. The system needed to be secure, give them access to amend the database and also update the email template with both text and imagery as and when required.

SOLUTION

Our solution was to create a bespoke secure online application, password protected and has a number of pages which enables them to view and amend the full user database, view their current email, test that email and finally distribute as appropriate.

RESULT

This system was a success for the client as gave them a direct route in to start building and targeting their new users as the company was launched. It also reduced the amount of time that they were spending time inputting email addresses, formatting text to distribute any email campaigns in addition to reducing agency costs by bringing amends and distribution in-house.
