BRIEF

After the successful launch of the Buffalo Club website, that Higher Ground designed and built, the Buffalo Club asked us to create them an application that would integrate with their registration process, and allow them to communicate with clients on an ongoing basis.

SOLUTION

We put together a tailored package for our client that would allow them to choose between different HTML email designs and insert new copy and images to tailor these to a specific news story. Customers would sign up through the site and the Buffalo Club could track the clickthrough rates of each individual email.

RESULT

Having the application has allowed the Buffalo Club to stay in touch with its members and give them regular updates on upcoming poker events or master classes. We have since integrated further tools such as a blog – providing a greater level of communication between the club and its customers.
