Web Design - Flash Websites

Having a well planned, designed and built website is incredibly important, but if you can't update it, it'll be out of date before you know it. You could be looking at an additional expense to ask your agency to change the text and images for you.

Why not let us build a Content Management System (CMS) for you, whilst we're creating the website, so you can be in control once we're finished? This does add some expense in the short term, but reduces or eliminates any updating costs going forwards. A CMS would enable you to update the copy, images, sitemap, website structure and navigation. Basically - everything - as and when you need it. It can also let you know who has updated what and when and give different levels of security for different employees, so not everyone can change anything. Control over your content is important and our CMS ensures that you're in control of all of this at all times.

Alternatively, if you feel that this much functionality may be unnecessary for your site, we could train you up to use Adobe Contribute, which is a relatively cheap 'off the shelf' programme, which enables you to amend just the text and images on your site, but at around £200 for the programme itself (which you would need to buy direct from the Adobe website) and just half a day of our time to train you up - this is proving to be a very popular approach!

Either way, a current website is an effective website, so when we create your site, lets discuss which is the best option for you to ensure that you're in control of your website budget and content in the way that suits you best.
